Delete Your Account

Elite Trainer Architect — by Energised Personal Training (Regan Hartley).

Clients

1. Sign in at https://elite-trainer-architect.com/login or in the app.
2. Go to Account → Delete My Account.
3. Enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. Want a copy first? Use Download My Data on the same page.

Can't sign in? Email admin@elite-trainer-architect.com from your account's email address.

Trainers, gym owners and franchise owners

1. Message us in Help → Support, or email admin@elite-trainer-architect.com from your account's email address.
2. We'll check what should happen to your clients' accounts (moved or deleted) with you first.
3. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What's deleted

• Your profile and sign-in.
• Programs, workout logs, measurements, progress photos and videos.
• Pre-Screen and Exercise-Screen forms.
• Bookings, messages and notifications.

What's kept

• Backups: removed within 60 days.
• Invoices and charges a trainer issued: kept by the trainer as business records, no longer linked to you.
• Payment records at Stripe: kept by Stripe as the law requires.
